Info. Smart is seeking an outbound Business Development Representative to generate quality pipeline for Info. Smart Technologies, Inc. The primary responsibility is to identify and qualify new opportunities for Account Executives in target accounts within key verticals. This position requires a proactive, assertive, and enthusiastic phone personality to articulate our value proposition to executive level decision-makers across all industries. The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. What You'll Do Creating highly qualified opportunities for Account Executives. Outbound calling to prospective customers and identifying partnership opportunities. Analyzing customer needs, current business obstacles, and scoping potential software solutions. Overcoming objections and scheduling meetings between the sales team and prospects. Active, autonomous problem-solving to ensure results are achieved. Maintain existing business while growing our client base. Having in-depth knowledge of business products, solutions, and the ability to articulate their value proposition. Think critically when planning to assure timely project success. Ability to identify opportunities through cold calling, networking, developing solutions, proposals, negotiating contracts, and providing post-sale follow-up and ongoing client consultation. Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs. Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs. Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the companyrsquos unique selling propositions and differentiators. Understand the companyrsquos goal and purpose to continue to enhance the companyrsquos performance. Writing business proposals for future opportunities. Qualifications and Skills Bachelorrsquos degree. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including facilitation of group presentations. Basic understanding of the industry, with the ability to become a subject matter expert on the job. Innovation and problem-solving skills that include the ability to develop and propose software solutions for clients. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software. Experience and understanding of our partners, AWS and TIBCO Software and its solutions and offerings are preferred.
