Description/Job SummarySchedule: Monday - Friday 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m., overtime as needed including weekends and holidays.Description/Job SummaryJob Summary: Perform, producing, packaging of flour and crisp rice. May include driving of forklift or telescoping forklift. Perform prescribed preventative maintenance on equipment. Follow food safety, legal, quality, process control policies and regulations. Maintain required company forms and records. Report any defective materials or questionable conditions to the lead operator or a member of management. Maintain work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.Basic Qualifications:Must possess basic math skills. (add, subtract, multiply, and divide.) .Must be willing and able to climb up to 25 feet using catwalk and ladders.Must be willing and able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs. a distance of 15 ft.Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language fluently.Must be willing and able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.Must be willing and able to bend, stoop, twist, turn, push and pull throughout the day as needed.Must be willing in and able to work in extreme hot and cold temperatures for extended periods of time.Must be willing and able to wear required PPE.Must be willing to work unsupervised and with othersWork extended shifts and weekends as needed.PreferencesBasic computer skills preferred.
