About the role
Responsible for the Corporate relationship between Leviton Network Solutions and select channel partners. Implement channel strategy, develop and coordinate sales and marketing programs for increased sales volume and profitability. Establish and maintain relationships with corporate, field and sales management teams with distributors. Be known to the channel customer as the â??Go to Personâ? for Leviton Network Solutions. Atlanta or Chicago based candidates preferred.
Responsibilities
- Work with senior leadership to develop and implement unique sales strategies.
- Oversee all aspects of the Distribution partnership and coordinate sales and marketing efforts.
- Identify and call on key sales, marketing, product, and logistical personnel at assigned Distributors.
- Work closely with Distribution purchasing and supplier relations to ensure they maintain proper inventory levels and have the appropriate product mix with the right quantities and locations.
- Advise and educate Distribution supplier relations, marketing and purchasing on all new Leviton Network Solutions products and ensure they are set up in the Distributors systems.
- Provide coordinated management and review of all sales and marketing programs geared towards the assigned Distributors including review, negotiation and approval of annual Distributor marketing menus and marketing programs and coordination with Leviton sales employees.
- Manage and lead annual rebate incentive negotiations.
- Monitor and drive technology needed to provide industry leading transactional efficiency with all assigned Distributors, that will lead to cost reductions (i.e., EDI, API, Automated Quotations, Ship and Debits, and inventory reports).
- Working with Leviton data analytics team and assigned Distributors, report sales growth on a national and branch basis.
- Support cross selling opportunities through team building and coordinated efforts of all involved.
- Establish annual revenue, product, and program goals for each channel partner.
- Grow the business year over year at an acceptable profit margin for Leviton Network Solutions.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills.
- Must have leadership skills and experience which will build a stronger partnership for servicing channel.
- Must be creative, resourceful, and able to think independently.
- Must be well organized, an excellent time manager and able to handle multiple tasks on an ongoing basis.
- Must be able to think strategically in the approach to working with the customer and be open to change both with the customer and with Leviton.
Education & Experience
- A bachelor's degree in Technology / Business / Marketing or Engineering preferred.
- Minimum 10 years' sales experience in our industry required.
- Minimum 4 years' experience in Channel Management preferred.
- Knowledgeable with data communications products.
- RCDD preferred.

Pay Range
($140,000 - $160,000 per year)
